Bent up some tube for the front axle and welded on some Ballistic KP gussets/shock mounts. That should be everything except maybe some bump stop pads. The lifting eye is there for mock up, location of it will depend on where I set my winch.
i'm i'm sitting here 6000 miles away from my jeep i've been plotting what to do when i get home, do you mind if I steal your truss idea here?

Not sure yet... I was gonna send you a message anyhow, I am getting ready to order air bumps for all four corners, from LII... maybe you can deliver them lol... I'll send you a message on fb or something.
Update I was gonna post but fell asleep...
New rad... Its a Griffin 2 row "drag race" radiator, 13"x22", 2 row, 1.25" tubes. I talked to a tech at Griffin, this rad is meant to keep drag cars cool for 1/4 mile, but he assured me it should keep my 160hp v6 cool during continuous use... which is great because it is perfect sized.
Finally got everything welded on my front axle, wire wheeled and primed it (twice), gonna paint it tonight
Workin on the rear axle a little, still crunchin numbers for my new rear link setup but I setup the brake caliper brackets for the new hubs. It worked well I just double up the spacers and it was perfect... welded them on (tin foil protects from spatter)
Welded in the brackets for my trans crossmember, couple tough spots with the TIG but they aren't coming off.
And finished the crossmember
Made these gussets for the front frame half, I was going to do double tube but I think this is just as funtional and honestly I don't like how "double tube" looks anyway.
Looks great man hurry up!, I wanna see this thing in the woods before it snows again haha.
