      • Left to do:
        Lengthen front driveshaft
        Rear axle shock mounts
        Runs like shit
        Setup rear bumpstops
        Über squishy brake pedal

Not sure if the brake pedal is bleeding or stock master related. Going to bleed again, by I'm guessing I just need a master with a larger bore.

        After those things
Make doubler stop popping out of gear
        Rebuild belly skid
Trim and hack to make tires fit

        • Dan and other one ton people: I expected some brake pedal squishiness with the larger brakes, but it won't stop until my pedal is on the floor. Does this seem right? Or do I need to bleed again?

          • Try bleeding again.

Thanks! I'm really happy with the stance. I like the track width too, I'll have to see how it works once the suspension gets cycling. Might need to get something with a little less backspacing sooner than later depending on how that goes.

I'm going to order the 2500 Ram van master Dan used. Even if the brakes need to be bled again, I know I'm going to need that anyway.

                • Its going to be low, real low with the stock master. There just isnt enough volume. That sounds about right. If you pump the pedal does it come up? If not its definitely the master. Swap the van master, takes 5 minutes and it should feel great.
                  Dan.

                  • No improvement when pumped. Got nervous the first time and slammed it to the floor and locked up the fronts. Gotta just be the master.

This hog hit 60mph last night. It has some clunks and noises it didn't before, but overall not too shabby. Power feels identical to 33s/3.55s. I would not call it 100% roadworthy yet, but some front tire clearancing and front driveshaft should make it trailworthy.
