priority right now is get some good steering in there, i need hydro bad, with everything being so big full hydro is a must, numero 2 on the list is tires, and eventually i'm getting gears and front tube fenders and a rear lockers w/ HD cover. my obsession with bright colors will never stop

worked on some of the "to do" list on the jeep. got the passenger rear corner on (wasn't fitting due to i have tj instead of yj tailgate hinges and a corner cut fot yj hinges) i cut up my passenger door so it will fit with the cage, and started on replacing my bent windshield hinges. also because i can;t get to the nuts for the windshield hinges because my hack job wiring is in the way i have to remove my dash tomarrow to finish the other hinge, and fix wiring.



oh cut tubes to length and did mock up for rockers





anyone know any aftermarket companies that make a head pipe like this for a 4.0 yj

i've been working the jeep today waiting for the UPS guy to get here all day and finally at 17:30 he shows up with a heavy ass box.



high output CB pump 2.5 bore, 8" stroke cylinder, resevior, and other kit dodads.

also for all those whom dispise all my colors on my jeep i painted the dimond plate fake rockers that were green black. they look way better. (no i will not paint the rest of my jeep black)

welding in orbital mount cylinder mount and fixing frame........pics to come

STEERING IS DONE!!!!!!

fixed frame and removed all the old sway bar and steering brackets and box, also melted off the old trac-bar mount.

had a guy who has been portable welding for about 30 years come out and weld everything up


amount of frame that was cut out because it was all rust


hydro lines w/ reusable fitting, very easy to put together
