                welded some gussets on to the d ring tabs for latteral support...




                also tied in the rear bumper finally... i cut up an old hitch and used the unibody tie-ins and welded the bumper to them. ill let the pics explain it....

                        i dont see how what i cut is bad? what would you suggest i do? i dont really care about this jeep but when i switch my shit to the other one i dont want to make the same cut if its a crutial part. i dont want to ruin it....

                          Crank up the amperage on the weld on that last pic. It doesn't look like you got much penetration. Keep practicing man

                            if you have to run mulitple passes, it will yield a much stronger weld

                                my welder only goes to 90amp. so what you see is what you get. i feel as though unless im going to hang my jeep by the bumpers what i have is going to work just fine. i appreciate your imputs... thanks
