Are you running those joints on both ends or are you doing a bushing?

Don't you need something to absorb any of the misalignment? How will it handle on the road with all flex joints? I'm just trying to get a feel for this make your own suspension thing

Running all hard joints pretty much eliminates axle wrap, and makes it much stronger. From what I've heard the ride quality might suffer a teensie bit.

Not sure as to what you mean about misalignment, that's the whole idea of running flex joints. Dana's 4-link rear doesn't bind up like a radius arm.

I was just talking like the "give" that bushings have. This might work better:

If you just hit a bump on the road, how is that sock going to be absorbed if its not in a bushing?

You're right, it won't absorb it like a bushing. It will just transfer it through the suspension and ultimately to the body.

It's a tradeoff for something that performs better off the road.

For some reason I always want to feel like this would give you DW only because if I take my steering stabilizer off I'll have DW but having it on gives something for the bumps to be absorbed by

                        just one of these:

at every end of my control arms lots of people do this should be fine. and its far from a DDer

                        • i have eliminated every rubber bushing from my front end

no wobbles, rides well for a lifted jeep

                            • you can only run no rubber if your setup is non-binding... aka 3 link, 4 link (w/o panhard, not a stock jeep front end) etc.
