b4 i took it to RC I installed RE4.5" springs and took out the spacers and body lift.... much better the way the Clayton kit is designed you need to run 4" of suspension lift at a minimum. my friend has the 5.5" Clayton and it preforms excellent"when I'm riding my motorcycle,I'm glad to be alive...when I stop riding my motorcycle,I'm glad to be alive"

On a side note, I should have just replaced the entire frame. All the BS i had to do to support everything and the work it took to get stuff to line up properly I regret it.
a basic 'whats left' list:
- finish weld the frame
- plate the frame
- weld in new control arm brackets
- make new rear control arms (have all the parts)
- weld in rear spring retainers
- new rear shock x-member
- new brake lines (rotted out)
- longer drive shaft
- trim tub

finally got the frame finished welded, pain in the ass doing the drivers side inside and the bottom.
some assembly required
wheelbase looks like its going to be in the ~99" range. tried to salvage my clayton frame brackets but it wasnt worth the struggle. So im going to order some up monday.Last edited by grundlepunch; 04-03-2011, 10:11 AM."when I'm riding my motorcycle,I'm glad to be alive...when I stop riding my motorcycle,I'm glad to be alive"
