        • So I left off with the front bumper, here is me adding a front hoop, having a notcher really makes things easy.

Added a gusset to the inside of the main tube.

Here it is sitting on the floor, Im only using the first 3 holes since I have the front frame stiffeners on it now. I really like being able to do that because I can make new bumpers alot easier if I wanna change stuff around.

Heres a pic with it on the jeep, as you can see the bull bar actually faces in... I thought it was a pretty good look, Im gonna rock it for awhile.

Here is Dan helping my clock the new t-case so the lever to engage and disengage the winch in facing up.

Its actually super easy to do once you take the 2 bars holding it together off and slide the drum apart. Then you just take these allen head bolts out and you can clock it to whatever position you need.

                  • Got the winch hooked up and fairlead mounted.

I mounted the control box under the hood, just had to extend the wires, im gonna wire a toggle switch in the jeep so I can also operate it from in there also.

Heres the fairlead mounted. Spare me the "thats a synthetic rope fairlead its gonna get chewed to shit"..haha, for the amount of pulls I make i dont think its going to be a problem and for 15 bucks off amazon i can always just replace it.

                        • So I decided to change my front bumper around, I cant get my header panel off without dropping the bumper, and thats a PITA so I took 45 minutes today and changed it around.

                          off with the old

just cut the bull bar shorter and ran it through the notcher again

tacked it back on and tilted it foward a couple degrees

                          Some quicky light tabs

Mounted the lights back up and done

                          • Armand that looks pretty slick! have you considered and removeable plate over the winch to keep the UV down on the syn winch cable?

                            • If i had synthetic winch line I prob would but unfortunatly thats just plain old cable for now haha. Next up is some rear shock hoops!
