No point, all the sensors are already in my truck. The crank in the 87 is in worse shape than the 74 anyway. New main and rod bearings, new piston rings, and a hone job and away I go. The heads from the 87 are going in too. They got a valve clean up and new valve seals courtesy of Mark (my stepdad)

Today I put on some of my one ton steering
I also replaced the main bearings but no pics for that its just bearings.
So far: sorry for the shitty cell phone pics

If you take notice, the driverside appears to have a new knuckle. This is because i used the drag link tie rod end to trial-fit the hole as i reamed it out. Turns out the drag link ends are bigger than the tie rod ends ...and I learned something today

I know its an absolutely terrible video but you will get the point.

Its back together. I finished the one ton steering. ran fuel lines and strapped the tank into the back seat for now until i make some sort of bracket. I took it for a short ride; seemed ok.

Looks like the oil pan is leaking though May need to take that back off and put some silicone on it.

OK so i went wheelin! It ran good. I got stuck between two giant rocks and did this:

                                Which then led to this:

The axles where 28 spline axles. Time to upgrade to 31 splines
