      • you put together a strong full hydro system with a double rod cylinder, orbital valve, oil cooler, pump, lines, mounts, and rod ends

          • i heard full hydro is easy to just whip up

            how wont the stock steering work? trying to push the front axle forward? you can do an astro box that bolt in and gives you a forward facing pitman arm
            or you can get some crush sleeves and some metal and clock your steering box flat both are things i rather do then full hydro

              do you have any more info on this?

              i have problems with my drag link end at the pitman arm hittin my tie rod on sweet jumps with 3" of lift and otk sturrin

                im not sure where that would put you on an xj, but dudes that do it on yj/tj's do it for around 6" of stretch in the front

                    im talkin about where it will put the pitman arm in relation to everything else under an XJ, thanks though

                        • i did look into this but i want something stronger, and more reliable, with a hydro system everything is protected with the astro box in my aplication it sticks out to far forward

                              I made a bracket to mount a hydro assist equipped wrangler box to my willys






                              Not to difficult or expensive, I like the idea that if the engine blows up or craps out it can still steer.
