Hokay so i have decided that this motor is going to get a hi volume earl pump this week and im not going to swap it. Hopefully it holds up for a bit if not its getting an H.O

Pump is in and making good pressure However the renix is runnig EXTREMELY rich so i need to figure that out for sure. Exhaust just needs a hanger or two but is other wise good to go. Hubs are in axles are lubed brakes are all on just waiting on banjo bolts and Ill be able to stop this thing on its own. MAKING PROGRESS!! Test Run June 24th

We got brakes! HOLY SHIT does this thing stop like a monster damn near sent myself through the windsheild... I guess dual piston calipers and 14" rotors on all 4 corners will do that

New Rear Bumper for the cost of $0 dollars thanks to a friend that gave me his XJ to scrap and left this on it


New Alternator and also located the charging problem didnt have the key power wire hooked up :banghead:


Today I will be fixing one of the biggest issues I currently have


When I did the oil pump I failed to put the oil pan gasket in the rear grove of the block and it now allows oil to piss out everywhere when its running... So im going to reseal that today.

Im still waiting on my Shock tabs from Ruff Stuff hoping to see them today or tommorow.

Ill update this later when the pan is resealed

Challenger gets a road beating from time to time its got like half tread on the rear tires and not even 1000 miles on it


It should be mint for OER it will be at NAC fest in a week and a half

Made some good progress today

Started with fixing the MEGA oil leak


Heres the cause...


the gasket actualy seems to big to seal so we cut a section out and siliconed the rest of it... Seems to be holding well

Also located the reason it was running so rough... I had the map sensor vaccum line in the wrong port on the TB, Runs much smoother now!

Also realised I have some steering contact with my track bar bracket so that will need some trimming


Also have to decide how to trim the rear quarters more
