          I'm on a new work out. It's been working out really well. It's a series of 12 ounce curls. High reps, 3 to 4 times a week couple hours at a time. I'm sure ruecifer has heard of it. He is a licensed physical trainer. I think he even perfected this particular routine.

              X2, thats why I want a bike. I hate running and its starting to get really hot here so I probaby wont do that much longer. Bike seemed like something I would enjoy and do for exercise.

                biking is awesome. i really miss it. Such a rush going downhill and a great workout for your body doing all that lame climbing

                  i use it more for bombing around and jumping off stuff haha

                  and i hit up some sk8 parks, fast trails, and rock kickers. not for climbing hills or anything

                      Truvativ stem/bar, Oury locking handgrips, Hayes mechanical discs, HeadLok, 2006 Marzocchi Junior T with adjustable travel/ride, Holzfeller cranks, FSR chain guides, Fox rear shock, Shimano Deore derailleur, poly greasable bushings, 26x2.6 front, 24x2.6 rear, carbon seatpost. I spent way too muchb building this thing for how much i ride it anymore

                          Trumbull has a GREAT place to ride. Went there a couple weekends ago with Chris. Pics on my facebook of my bike and some trails.
