yes. that would help with the thousands of people dying in back alleys because they are too scared to call EMS as it is illegal. If it was then I think less people be severely brain dead or even dead from being too scared of the laws to get help when they need it.

Well if its all about doing dangerous things in moderation and self choice/control...why not make cocaine legal? Whoever gets addicted and fucks their life up, thats on them. Four Lokos is a blatantly dangerous combination and is marketed as such, with no modification necessary to get it that way.

Hell, if PCP were legal, I know at least one persons life that would be touched in a great way.

I don't care either way if they're banned or not. I'm not huge on energy drinks. I drink 5 hour energy rarely. When I'm on a long drive and tired is when I'll usually have one. But other then that, I think energy drinks taste like carbonated flinstones vitamins. Ick.
