35's on my jeep

Alright so i might be able to trade my bfg 33's for bfg 35's with more tread. the problem is my tj has a f-ing 4 banger. what should i do?

how about 4.88's??

you'd be ok with 4.88s although i think you'd still be underpowered on the highway. if you want to regear, honestly sell your current axles and pick up some tj axles with 3.55 of 3.73's to regear. you could pretty much sell your stock axles, buy new ones/regear and not spend much at all, if any. 4.10 TJ axles go for pretty good cash

My friend Eric (4bangeryj) runs 36" iroks on his 4 cylinder yj with stock gearing... He was over about 4 days ago and said something about never getting past 3rd gear... I think hes going with 4.88s soon
