  • locker issue

front locker on my d30 maybe a powertraxx looks like it. but one of the pins has broken and turned sideways. i cannot remove this piece it has sunk itself into its respected place sideways and jammed my front axle into a fully locked position. i also cannot remove the locker itself cause i need to collapse it. any ideas how to get the piece out.

You have no access to the hole straight on correct? can you get a pic of it?
Im not comprehending how it can jam the axle up if its in the hole it came from.

weird, if it were me i would try a skill saw and try to cut the piece in half, may loosen it up enough to move it around, or out. Wont make too much of a mess either. I have a very small pneumatic saw that would work if you want to try it.

Have you tried pulling the cross shaft pin? You may get some extra room to work with.

That shit happened to nitro at rausch. pretty sure he cut a drill bit down and used it as a pin.

97 TJ that I think is pretty neat.
