you should probably go to town on that section you replaced with tabs with some more metal, gusseting, boxing, so on..

thats a pretty damn crucial spot to just plate over with essentially 2 gussets, IMO.

Solid idea but id have to second what will said and build up that area a little.more, should those mounts tear you'll be parting out

We are gonna plate the whole side of the front of the unibody like those ones you can buy..but we will prob make them because they are simple enough, then tie those into the boxed mounts..then to the unibody stiffeners..but joe doesnt know this yet haha..

the ride height looks good. with a new set of leafs that have some arch and shorter shackles it should help the approach angle and keep the ride height

diff leafs and shackles are already in rout. what you see what just what we were stareing with to see what it was gonna sit like. the tie-rod will be utk the drag will be on a high steer arm over the leafs.
