      • thanks, it looks alittle weird right now i like using the 2x6 it makes things simple...alot of guys just use 3/16 plate and make all these fancy angles and stuff...i hope it turns out ok

        • is there a way you can tie in the front corners to the body somehow so they don't crush the quarter if they take a hit?

          • yea im gonna be using a piece of 4x4 or something to fill the gap under the taillight which will give the sides some strength as well but i will be bracing it somehow...

                  • Personally i would try to make the corners less squared off and follow the body curves more. should not be too hard to do.

                        • are you going to run adapter/spacers in the rear to make up for the difference in length frrm the front axle, and to keep the lug pattern the same?

                          • yes 2" spacers on each side goign from 5x4.5 to 5x5..gonna have to most likely ditch rear ABS unless my guy can machine the WJ axle tone rings to fit the 8.8 shafts...if not no big deal

                              • post up how machining the tone rings comes out, also interested in seeing how deleting the abs works out maybe give me some more options for the future of my dub. bumper is coming out nice too by the way i should be starting on one for myself soon if i decide to stop being so lazy
