well.... the 14 bolt is 95 percent geared...( just gotta weld the diff)

the 60 is about 30 percent geared....

things are starting to look kinda grim for OER2. we can only see how things play out...

                  AT LAST!!!!!!

Ive been driving it around the past couple of days
It is an... O.K. drive right now and is in need for improvement

-the steering feels great, and no deathwobble. But right now i noticed i have a bent rim on the front which is making it an interesting drive at highspeeds.

                  - the gearz are amazing compared to basicly running the same size tire with 3.55s.
my only worry is that after driving it for about 2 hours, i hopped out and felt my rear diff. and it was rather hot. im not sure how hot they usually get, but i am not impressed by it, and it probably dosent help that my exhuast almost dumps on it.

                  - i ended up getting new calipers for the front, and i must say... IVE NEVER BEEN ABLE TO STOP SO DAMN GOOD IN MY LIFE. i was worried i would have to switch over to a larger bore master, but it works great the way it is now.

                  - i want to get new leafs because im not gonna be happy till my rear is about 1.5 inches higher than what it is... plus my bushings are shot on the leafs i have now.

                  - i noticed a good amount of axle wrap while going up bumpy hills, kinda got scared at one point.. felt like deathwobble in the rear. im thinking a latter bar, shocks, and new leafs will do the trick.

                  - i need longer shox up front because my axle dosent want to stop drooping before the shock limits it. And i have super extended braklines now, but might want to go a little longer becuase they didnt looks so happy either.

-the front geometry of the jeep seems to be handling GREAT, and is very comfortable on the road

-im not likeing the stock 1978 ford hubs because they are a pain in the ass to lock and unlock...

                  - because my tranny is pushed up as high as possible the Tcase linkage hates life. and i actually was driving in 4 wheel for about a half hour before it finally decided to pop out. (thank god for locking hubs)

well here are some poser shotz cuz im to scared to take it on a trail yet

97 TJ that I think is pretty neat.
