now, found out that thick gears are wrong and neeed thin gears..

gonna try to get shit shipped here for saturday, and it might be able to be geared saturday.

and need some mystery spacers that come with detroit 33 spline lockers.....

    mother fucker....

so pissed right now, might need to buy a waggy 44 to get me back to VA and just throw it in there for time being

Corey is gearing the axle as i type this. Gonna swap in the axle tonight..... rear brake lines and cut fenders tomorrow. Also need to figure out something for my tracbar. its too long. Im gonna cut the straight peice and shorten it. Sam gave me tubing tonight to sleeve it so it should be plenty strong.

My drivers side slider is kinda fucked. It may have been bent, or it worked on daves jeep but wont work on mine. I think im gonna have to cut and reweld the the surface the connects to the frame and the peice that goes against the pinch seam to make it work right.

still waiting on my rear 5150's to show up.... Might have to run shitty skyjackers in the rear if they dont come in time.

also have no rear bump stops yet, havent bumpstopped the front yet either....

also need to set the pinon angle and caster tomorrow/friday

Ya that is definitely not the amount of flex you are going to have by any means.

that was your droop flex test you were talkin about? nothing is hooked up. no wonder it flexes to the core of the earth

your lines and shocks and steering and whatever will limit that way before then, but get straps anyway. youll need em to be proper

had to cut most of the stock cast leaf spring mount off to weld on lca mount. What a bitch, took almost an hour to grind all that shit off.

    matt welding

    axle in

    fits good

need to look into limiting straps and a coil retainer. Nothing holds the coil in on the coil bucket, and at full droop, the coil will just fall right out of the jeep

roughly ride height. still need to trim

front axle mostly in. Trackbar needs work....

waiting for rear shims, had to get them over nighted from CA, axle should be geared tomorrow and i can install tomorrow night

the only rust on the whole fucking jeep.... sucks.... gonna fix when i get back to VA and can use the sheet metal shop to fab something up

    waggoner drop pitman arm

    blingin'

my tracbar is too long, I got an OTK trackbar mount on my truss. Gonna most likely cut down the axle end of the tracbar and reweld so it fits

cutting like an inch and a half out here, it should be alright and put my length where i need it.

gonna drill this shit out tomorrow

need rear bumpstops.. havent ordered yet.. gonna have to wait for now

its not.... not sure what we are gonna do yet. might cut it at the axle end like 1.5-2" on the flat part where there is no bend, and reweld...

    uploading pics in a few

are you sure that track bar is going to work with your set up even if you cut some threads?

radius arms change caster through flex... and the LCA mounts arent even on. so caster will be off at droop regardless.
