So i got the TSLs from my friend. Spent about 2 hours manually swapping the tires to the stock rims, and went to put in the 2" blocks in the rear and found one of the leaves of the right side leaf spring broken in half. so hear are some pics of the truck on 35s with no rear lift.

Have you experienced any wheel hop issues with the blocks on that rear axle yet? I've heard people complain about it before....

as i said above i didn't put the blocks in because of the broken leaf spring, i am going to just buy the 4" rear lift i was planning on along with the sas. the rear will just be done early

as for wheel hop i haven't really noticed any, but the rear auto locker probably helps with that because it locks in everytime i get on the gas

Are you getting the marlin/trail-gear sas and rear lift? b/c that is exactly what I have on my truck.

nope, i'm getting my suspension parts from Low Range off road, the sas has all the same stuff marlin has pluss all the bearings, gaskets and seals i need to completely rebuild the front axle knuckles. and it costs about $400 less, the rear lifts cost the same

when i do the dual transfercase, i will definitely be going to Marlin, can't beat their setup

as much as i wanna do the SAS first, i can't keep running around on that broken leaf spring. i have to do the rear suspension first so here's this summer's project... 3 link rear with 16" travel air shocks, giving around 30" of rear articulation

on top of that, since the bed has to go, probably gonna do a flatbed of some sort, if i have the money

when i do the SAS the plan is no longer to put the leaf springs in the front, it will also be a 3 link setup. i recently began the full rebuild of the solid axle for it, everything is in awesome shape despite the rusty outside, pics to come of that.

you know andy, i might do the 4-link. i thought there was more articulation with the 3 link, but i looked at the pics and they look like they get about the same, and the 4-link parts are cheaper

                            here's a pic of the 4
