took the nice day today and got the new manifold installed, put the engine compartment back together, ran the car for a minute to circulate things a bit then installed the new walbro in the new tank. ended up going with the 190lph instead of the 255lph to save a few bucks.

front half of the exhaust came in a few days ago, got everything lined up on the bench, waiting on some stainless lap joint clamps to come in tomorrow then ill get it all installed up to the xpipe, next commision check brings the rear pipes and mufflers and im back on the road!!
spent this afternoon installing the late style tank with the new pump in it, filled it up, keyed on and everything fired up perfect the pump is nice and quiet too, quieter than the stock one2005 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon Unlimited

got the system up on temporary hangers and drove it around a bit, decided that the 2.5 system is too big and the xpipe with packing mufflers dont cover interior resonance at all. aside from that the pipes are wide enough that they contact the body in all the major bend areas so i decided to request an exchange for the system to the 2.25" setup, and ordered some flowmaster super 44s in stainless and a dual in/out stainless 50 series to replace the xpipe, the chambered mufflers will respond much better to kill the resonance but should still keep a nice exterior tone....
