cut the glass out tonight, took all of 5 minutes to go all the way around, then took a long handle razor scraper to it and was able to slice off the excess

got the new glass installed the other day, reinstalled the interior and started refinishing the upper and lower trim in plasti-dip last night. decklid is off and ready to get some measurements to line up the new spoiler, then just gotta fill in the old mounting points, get it painted, pop the new spoiler on and should be ready to roll again

next step is installing the new ECS Tokico shocks ive had sitting on my bench since the summer

so finally after a few days of fiddling with the dash i finally got it fully dislodged last night.... they arent kidding when they say it sucks pulling these things. got it moved out of the way enough to check out the lines and it appears as though ive got two broken feed lines, not one. now i just need to get someone over to help me pull the dash all the way out, its way too heavy and awkward to do myself

got the dash out the rest of the way last night to expose the heater box, just need some sunlight ours this weekend and i can drain the system and disconnect the evaporator and heater core, pop the box out, and replace the two broken lines. the lines were not worn or ripped out, its very clear that mice are to blame for this bullshit.

got the box out, cut the lid of the box to access the evaporator, pulled that out and found the rest of the mouse nest, so i vacuumed it out and now its time for reassembly!!

                          patched the two vac lines

was able to get the foam-rubber firewall seal around the new heater core lines without bending them. most people cut them in half and glue them back together, i just put on top of the jeeps engine and went for a drive then was able to stretch it over the lines

then used some marine weather strip to seal the new a/c evaporator core in the box

popped the heater box back into the car and now i can finally get this shit back together
