also found my vibration as it got worse, front u-joint is f'd. so well see if it breaks tomorrow, if not Ill throw a new one in there, or the spare shaft for now.

I also got a set of JKS boomerang 1" lift shackles, so Ill be rebuilding the rear packs and taking at least one spring out and getting the rear down hopefully to around 4.5" to go with the front

so I havent updated in a while but Ive been working on it.
Long story short, it sits just under 4" lift. pulled 2 leafs from the rear and installed the jks boomerang shackles. made a world of difference.
          Got a bumper and winch
And today I bought a "new" track bar. heres some pics

I had welded my track bar back together sometime early this year rendering it unadjustable. when I went from the 6.5 to 4.5
springs in front, this became a problem. so thats the reason for the track bar upgrade. I also got the brace for it that runs across to the other side of the frame, so it should be nice.
and I happened to have the right poly bushing for the axle end of the track bat. win

Yep. It's actually how I got it. When I get a bumper and take it off ill straighten out the frame.

Well were headed in the right direction, Armand and I just came back from picking up a HP kingpin 60 front and a full float 60 rear. Nothing that's going to get done quickly, but I have the start.

Im gonna have to correct myself for my earlier post. I havent got to play with my new axles but I did take a better look today and the rear is not a D60, it is actually a 10.25 sterling. Which I am perfectly ok with
Same cost to build and lock, but bigger in every way. Im ok with that

Got some work done today, finally got the garage clean enough at least to get the axles in. I didnt have enough room to roll them in so I decided to drive around the back of the garage through the yard in the snow and run my winch cable trough the window to the driveway. So I winched it into the garage and got the front up on jack stands. Got some work done on the front, It was cold so Im happy with what I got done.

and here is the long side shaft next to a stock xj front driveshaft slip yoke
