Went wheeling today with frejeep, wrpoole, liberator and dirtyjeep. Had a great time and really pushed the truck hard. We were at a spot called south road which is comparable to mabell. Had the truck 3 wheelin, flatened out the rockers a little bit, put another dent in the bed, overall good day.

I graduated on monday by the way just figured I'd tell everybody, lol well anyway my father (frejeep) had a 3g 130 amp alternator I kept from a side job rebuilt for me. It got finished on monday. Which was good because on sunday when I used my winch even with reving the engine to 2500 rpm the voltage still managed to get to as low as 8V the truck at one point was sputtering and misfiring it got so low. So on tuesday we put it in. We ran into an issue with the bolt holes lining up so my dad pretty much just made a new hole. and with the 968k6 belt I picked up it all went together real well (it also doesn't have the belt squeal from low amounts of belt tention. (Worn out tensioner spring)
Also before we did the alternator I had went to go pick up a buddy of mine and noticed a difference for the worse in my ride quality. Turns out my poly radius arm bushing had worn out. Now I'm not a fan of poly bushing because they can actually wear out, were as rubber allows easier movement and doesn't wear out it just deteriorates after long periods of time. So I went to autozone and picked up a set of radius arm bushings. Both sides for 9.99.
Heres a little comparison notice the cracked plastic piece and the ovaled out holes.

Truck got a new set of lights yesterday. Decided that the old kc style lights weren't my flavor anymore and after looking at the delta light bars for wranglers I decided I wan't something similar. So I took a 31 inch piece of 2x2 (left over 3/16s from the winch mount, frame stiffener ) angle and picked up some autozone $20 driving lights. I started by drilling out 2 holes to mount the piece of angle to the factory bumper mounts. After that I started mounting the lights to the bar. I measured out 15.5 inchs (center) then measured 2 inchs out each direction (for the inners) then measured 3 inchs off of the mounts for the inside lights and that determined the outside lights positioning. I mounted the 2 centers pointing forward with very little angle and then mounted the outers with more angle. So If removed the lights don't need to be re-aimed (similar to how the delta bars are set up). Then I wired the lights to the old wiring for the kc style lights and came out with this.
And with the lights being driving lights they are spread beams apposed to fog lights which are narrow beams which is better for helping low beams whereas the driving lights will spread and go farther to act like hi beams. They create a solid beam of light that is consistant for about 160* and provide light past there.
Here they are turned on not that it really shows much.
Did I mention I like to go fast also? Went out urban prerunning with Wrpoole.

After watching the videos so many times I decided I really needed to do something about the shocks. So I pulled out the es3000's and put in some 12" travel ranchos I had laying around.
