    I dont really have anything up there besides pics of my jeep and some from school. And I agree with Court, nobody reads the terms and conditions anyway so who could really expect it. this could end up bad tho when someone's bikini pic ends up somewhere they dont want it too.

              Lengthy contracts and terms of service are standard procedure in all aspects of life these days, and the number of applications grows every day! The problem I see with this is (aside from the problems already mentioned), is that there is no other choice. You either agree, or you don't use/buy/deal/sell, or whatever/whoever. I'm waiting for something like;

              " By having read this sentence or even acknowledging that you read it, even in the event you did not in fact read this sentence. You have agreed that any child/children you have or may have in the future, now belong to us. You no longer have any rights to said children, even in the event that you do not go through with this contract, this article is still legally binding and we will take you're children from you when we see fit."
              to show up on page 784 in the second to the last paragraph when you donate blood.

              It is already a very muddled situation. Start reading up on genetic ownership. The are companies and universities that actually OWN people because they found something in that persons blood that the company was able to patent, and therefore they own the person that carries said blood anomaly. It's freaky shit and it's been around for a while.

              I'm sure my post didn't make any sense, but look up some of the shady shit they can get away with, even without your approval.

                        If you were Vietnamese, i'd be worried, but Facebook specifically says in the TOS they don't target Koreans. Something about already having enough problems...

                              Terms of Use UpdateClose
                              Over the past few days, we have received a lot of feedback about the new terms we posted two weeks ago. Because of this response, we have decided to return to our previous Terms of Use while we resolve the issues that people have raised. For more information, visit the Facebook Blog.

                              If you want to share your thoughts on what should be in the new terms, check out our group Facebook Bill of Rights and Responsibilities.
