What are you gonna do with a waterproof camera? Go to long island sound and take pictures of water you can't see 6" into or do you plan to drop it in water for epic lulz.

Keep taking pictures w/ it after it has been dropped in the water. My last one didn't do that.

It doesn't look ghey, but everyone keeps saying Canon is better.

                  I have a silly idea.

Buy a better camera and be more careful.

                          Bought a Canon SD1100 w/ 4GB SanDisk Extreme® (III) memory card.

                          For $125 from a co-worker.

This camera has been great for 2 years... although I used it more the first year than the second year since I've got a camera phone now BUT

I'm going to be rafting down the Grand Canyon for about 11 days in August & want something that I can use on the raft. Suggestions?

                              a gopro maybe.

seriously. they take decent pics, are tiny, and have a huge field of view so you dont need to crazily aim. and you can take video with it, HD video, and its 100% waterproof in its case. or get some sort of waterproof camera otherwise.
