I talk about it a lot.

I really was going to go running today. I started working in a new place, I figured I could start fresh with a new schedule, so I cant use routine as an excuse... but I have a wicked sore throat for the past two days and it's more important that I don't get more ill and miss work than my health in the long run.

But if anyone is near Hamden and/or Bridgeport and wants to start destroying their knees with me by running at either 5:30AM or 4:00PM... I probably won't go alone.

Running in bridgeport would probably be good motivation, to run faster and away from things at least...

Especially if you happen to find yourself in the East End.

A really good workout that is fun is riding dirt bikes. Doesn't take long before I'm tired, and it is a full body workout. I don't time for that anymore but it was a blast when I use to ride.

i was going to get into crossfit to try something new, but i don't think i can constantly tell everyone i meet that i do crossfit and how much better it makes me than them. seems tiring.

i've been doing the gym thing for a few years now but need to change it up to a different one, way too many douche bag flat brim wearing Bros in there.
