I take the dog for walks and do some pull ups at home. By the time I get home the couch just looks way to comfortable

that's my biggest problem. but i force myself to do it...i'll leave my workout clothes out so when i get home from work they are right there waiting for me...i'll plan an easy dinner too so i know i wont need a lot of time to cook once im done working out. it seriously makes me feel so much better so i kick myself when i dont do it

try swimming if you wanna get your ass kicked and need something easy on your body! if you can't run or do high impact stuff swimming is a great alternative. i'll always be swimming. currently on retirement from swimming until i graduate college then i'll be back into it for recreation/stay in shape/i could never step away from it.

Morning cardio for 30-45 minutes is one of the best ways to burn fat. Since your stomach is empty you get all your energy from your fat stores

The real question is: Jazzercise or Prancercise?

                  I LOVE JAZZERCISE!

And Im shocked no one ripped on me for my last comment... Especially you, Bangarang

                  You're all getting soft.

Anyway, I dont miss working out, I enjoy being a fat ass... My girlfriend doesnt have the same view unfortunately, and Im now signed up for a 5K. And its probably not the only one I'll get dragged into this spring.

                  Damn charity runs...

I used to run a lot tho, gotta get back into it.

I can see a 5K turning into days of misery and dispair for you... Make sure you buy lots of vasoline, busch, and tissues. All for different reasons.

Ive been to the gym a couple times...

I had been lifting competitively for about 4 years, got a little burnt and took a little time off. Ive been back in the gym for a little bit but not like I was. I just found a competition that I think I am going to do though. Having a goal is the best motivation for lifting. The comp is in December so I have plenty of time to really train. My goal will be to go and bench 600.
