I've been going maybe twice a week to the gym. #sweatingforthewedding.

I just run on the treadmill. Usually intervals. Sprint/jog. Been doing about 2.5-3 miles until I get into better shape.

I lost 46 lbs in 4 months riding a bike in a trainer. BUT, I always ate well. Since then I stopped and gain 20+ back and will get back on the bike when my knee is better. Bike is easy on your body and you can watch Netflix if you have a trainer!

I cant wait for it to warm up so I can run after work. It's such a good stress reliever.

Ive been getting into a lot of kettlebell/weight workouts...trying to tone my body more. It's been working really well and im super happy with my results. My new job also gives me a free gym membership to a small gym nearby so im gonna check that out soon.

I go about 4 times a week, when im not ill.

Typical muscle stuff with a INSANITYA cardio in the mix once a week.

i was doing C25K for a while, but stopped when it got cold out, i had dropped about 20 lbs, and gained it all back... i need to get back on it this summer. luckily we'll be out of my inlaws in less than 2 months and ill have an actual neighborhood to jog around instead of trying not to get hit by every vehicle happening down RT17

Maybe once you get in better shape you can step it up to 22 ounce curls.

I used to go all the time, but haven't in the last 5 years no time working 2 jobs, 2 kids, trying to work on the buggy, take care of the house I only find a couple hours a week which I spend playing X-box. I do miss it, you feel so much better after you work out.

I never did cardio too boring I would just ride a bike for a few minutes to warm up even then I usually did cleans or something like that.
I have a bad knee arthritis from a high school football injury so no running for me.

I always did free weights usually high reps until fatigue, more of an endurance type training, change it up every once and a while.
I've kind of forgotten how to workout. I hope to setup a weight room in the new house so I can get back into it.

I think building muscle is better than cardio for loosing fat, your body constantly burning calories while it is repairing your muscles for the next couple days. Plus you get stronger.
Your body is adaptive, if you only run then your body will try to get better at running and start burning all the muscles you don't use to run like your arms will get smaller because you are not using them. You really need a complete body workout. They say the best bicep workout is squats, your body needs to see a reason to build muscle and like to build muscle in unison.

I'm the opposite I gain weight when I go to the gym and loose weight when I stop, I just don't feel as healthy.

Find what is fun for you and stick with it.
