It's really a shame that you have to live in such an awful looking place doug.

Some "ranch bison" with the Tetons near Mormon Row.
At 1000am we arrived in the town of Jackson, WY (elevation 6,237) not Jackson Hole, WY.
Jackson Hole is only the name of the ski resort.
Ate breakfast at The Bunnery.

At 1200pm we crossed into Grand Teton National Park again and almost immediately spotted this moose.
Stopped by the Chapel of the Transfiguration again to sneak a peak inside.

From 100pm to 500pm we spent exploring 25 miles of dirt road along the Snake River in Grand Teton National Park.
The views of the Tetons were spectacular especially since I had my girlfriend do all the driving.
Took these pictures during a lunch break.
Spotted a dozen or so elk near the Snake River, but they all bolted into the woods before I could get a decent picture.
Saw a few more elk, deer and pronghorn near the Snake, but they were always a quarter mile or more in the distance.

Side mirror, dirt road, the valley and the TeT's.
Nothing but blue sky, mountains and dirt road.
180* view of the Snake River (taken with g/f's iPhone 4S).
The Snake River.....

Crossed from Grand Teton National Park into Yellowstone National Park at 700pm.
This is Lewis Falls, which is halfway between the south entrance gate and Grant Village. The Falls are 30 feet high.
Crossing the Continental Divide (elevation 7,988) for the second time.
Crossing the Continental Divide (elevation 8,391) for the third time.
Crossing the Continental Divide (elevation 8,262) for the fourth and last time on the trip.

Ate dinner at Bullwinkles in West Yellowstone, MT.

Arrived back in Big Sky, MT around 1000pm on September 30th after an awesome 2 day trip to Grand Teton National Park.
This guy was taking an evening stroll between Madison Junction and West Yellowstone inside the park.
