I currently rent a 2 br house, its kind of small but it does the job. as others have said it is great to have a landlord that handles the mis haps that happen

I pay $750 a month for a 3br house w/deck 1 acre of land surround by woods and 2nd house from end of dead end street.

of course its all about location. i live in north-eastern CT

it is a dry cold & don't move here. SLC is the closest major airport, which is the equivalent of driving NYC to DC.
