Go to get mah Jeep inspected... they walk around it and tell me 4 things that are visibly wrong and won't pass without even bringing it in the shop.
1. Fender flares.... THE FUCK. my sidewalls protrude a millimeter past the cut fenders...
2. Bumper height... this one i can undersand. i can throw some tubes on it and call it a day... sort of line mtn. style
3. Exhaust leak.lol... I look underneath at the header... one tube has completely removed itself from the collector
4. Rear shocks. FUCK. totally forgot that I've been driving on one rear shock since July/August of last year. LOL

So I go to fix the rear shocks.( i am going to outboard them with f-250 mounts frenched into the wheel wells.) that process went like this.
1. Jack the bisch up and go to take off the wheels. break a wheel stud.
2. Put the jack stands underneath it it... cheap chinese jack stands collapse and jeep falls to the ground... i got away without a scratch although i was working underneath it. ( lesson learned... put tires or something underneath the jeep as well as a safety net.)
3. I was using my hydraulic jack to jack up the rear axle to cycle suspension to see height of the mounts... of course as the jeep falls the jack gets stuck underneath it.
4. grab hi-lift to get jack out and the som bisch falls forward and sideways to bend my rear window glass... doesnt break it but it does manage to put a nice gash in mah tailgate.
5. I say FUCK IT... get the bish up with no regard for the outcome of the damage to the body to get the jack out and get it safely back up to work on. put tires underneath for safety measures...

no idea.... I just put the lug nuts on a week ago... and I know I did not cross-thread them because I finger tighten all of the nuts before I torque them down.2013 F150 fx4 (Tow Pig/DD)- 5.0 with the 3.73 option
