It has been awhile since I've driven a WJ, but I used to drive my friend's 4.0 and another's Overland every once and awhile. I don't remember the 4.0 feeling terribly slow, but I remember the Overland being ridiculously powerful for a big SUV

4.7. My buddy has a 2001 and the thing MOVES on the highway. Corey is right when he says they're stupid quick for an SUV. And the gas mileage is pretty damn good for something with that kind of oomph.
