not so concerned about diff cover as i am the track bar axle bracket i already reamed the bottom of the knuckles so i am stuck running the utk now i guess. i will try to take a pic but even if i bent the tube somewhat what happens if i need an alignment and tat tube needs to be turned..lol won't it be bent in then causing more clearence issues? and tha trackbar bracket is over to the pass side so i'd have to bend it what seems to be quite a bit. i welded a 3/16 plate over the stock axle bracket for some reinforcement (on the outside and top) and even without the bolt in it hits the plate at 3/4 turn. the tube is cut nothing welded in yet figured i'd test fit it and this happened. i cut tube so that only about 4 or 5 threads are out each side. should i cut it a little shorter or is it better the closer they are ?

just called complete offroad, they said to bend the tube..lol or to swap the eyelet tie rod to run towards the box rather than to the pass knuckle which will basically be like the factory setup, which i am trying to avoid so my angles are better i dunno

FWIW you should still be able to switch to OTK even though you reamed from the bottom already.

My D44 was from an F-250 that ran 1-ton TRE's UTK, and I reamed from the top and called it good.
