unimog axles... their wide as all get-out, but their tittiezzzz... volvo 303's are kinda the same... their portals, retarded clearance and gear reduction at the portal box, relieving metric-mega-shit-tons of stress off the shafts and drivetrain... ok, maybe an SAE-mega-shit-ton, metrics too damn complicated

hell ya, and with the reduction setup they have, brings a stress reduction on the internals, making them stout as shit too... kinda the same concept as a planetary hub...
