      get underneath and look at the unibody rail where the steering box bolts up.. very possible its cracked

        i dont know if this would help but my xj did something similar and i got a front end alightment and it fixed it. probly not whats wrong with yours though.

              oh man I thought I broke shit when I was stuck back in my swamp. I couldnt turn the wheel. Turns out I was just all bound up. Now I got the plates.

                you mighta ripped a wheel weight off

                rip one off the front wheels and that will cause shaking in your steering wheel.

                  haha so i got a littel head of myself. The problem was about 2 pounds of mud and shit on the inside of my wheels... thanks for all the ideas
