true true... wasn't thinking about the drivers side. Me and Raze (ok Raze and I) took off a crank bolt on a volkswagon today by jamming a bar against the lower a arm and cranking the motor... Don't see why it wouldn't work on a wheel

because we were too lazy to push it closer to the air compressor. would work on wheels. ill try it on a yj outside and see how it works.

What? Yes these Little fucking lug nuts and I can't get them off HAHA! The power is not the problem it is getting something to lock on the nut I hammered a socket two sizes to small on one today and still it spun but didn't brake. I'm going to just pull the axle shaft and get at them from the inside!

i would soak with PB, then with and impact gun try to loosen them and if still no luck try to tighten them slightly just bump them a lil tighter then crank on them in reberse there is probably a lot of metal bound in the threads.
Heat and ATF are viable options as well, an impact gun will give you more torque than you could prob get from the breaker bar

an impact gun will not usually give you more torque than a long breaker bar. most impact guns are 600 to 700 ft lbs of torque where a 4 ft breaker bar with only 175lbs of force will produce 700 ft lbs of force. i have a 1200 ft lb impact gun and i still find myself getting out the pipe to brake stuff loose.

I get you on the leverage, just not many people are gonna hang off of the end of a 4ft piece of pipe (jack handle works great I've done it myself) to get that kind of force on the lug nut.....I agree though breaker bars and tube is the best thing in a pinch
We've got one of these down in our shop older model but same design
