i would soak with PB, then with and impact gun try to loosen them and if still no luck try to tighten them slightly just bump them a lil tighter then crank on them in reberse there is probably a lot of metal bound in the threads.

I get you on the leverage, just not many people are gonna hang off of the end of a 4ft piece of pipe (jack handle works great I've done it myself) to get that kind of force on the lug nut.....I agree though breaker bars and tube is the best thing in a pinch
