Spicer probably is the best, but Moog is no good at all?

Not as good as spicer. Putting a spicer in is cheaper than breaking a cheap joint and taking out the axle. I definitely found spicers hold up way better. Look at Reid, both his axles at rausch had cheap joints right? They both broke

One was cheap, one was Spicer.

Dana 30's used 2 different series u joints. A 260x and a 297x that is larger. What year are your shafts from?

If you have 297 you can go with spicer 760's which I believe has a slightly larger trunion than the 297's. oh and camarota truck parts in Northhaven sells them as well. I got my cheap from there but we also have an account with them.
