        hey at least you save on oil being that you just reduced the capacity down to three quarts,LOL


        its not that bad as long as it didnt hit the pickup(which judging by the pics,you might not have)....mine was pushed in a bit and i never even had a leak or any problems....
        if the jeeps runs fine and your OP is good,fuck it, just drive it...cause when you drop that pan you could opena whole can of worms too...but hopefully not...good luck!

          ya i dont think i hit the pickup, it happened at least 1500 miles ago. It went un noticed till i went to change my oil. But i have the pan/gasket ordered and napa has the oil pickup on hold for me incase. im just going to go for for it!

                  it should be cake if its a 4.0. ive done a few in my time. jeeps are known to be leakers
                  95 yj spring over axle 4inches lift locked and winch
                  99 dakota sport used for dragging car trailer
                  72 cuda with 383
                  98 xj that is prolly gonna end up in the tuff truck comp.

                      called napa one of the guys there hooks me up, pan was 115 and gasket was like 20$. jeep wanted 250 for just the pan, but an insider at executive told me that i should not have an issue with the napa, and to save the cash!

                            P.S. I would drop out the track bar on the axle and maybe the shocks. Im not sure how tall your truck is but mine with 4" of lift was a cunt to get out when I welded in my return for the turbo.

                                he was referring to using aluminum for a skid as opposed to steel.
