I don't know about the other brands but just to provide perspective I beat the ever loving shit out of my Jeep and used to break OEM shafts like crazy but I threw a tom woods one back there a long ass time ago and sort of forgot about it, I scrape it on rocks, I pull it off and put in on constantly, and have major rear driveline vibes from the pinion angle but that thing just needs to be greased every 3-mounts and I have not broken a thing on it yet.Jeeps don't get stuck ... they just take a nap when they are tired of being awesome

Tom woods makes strong drive shafts the CV is larger and stronger and gets more flex than a standard one and the slip yoke is stronger are longer as well.
Tom woods is worth the extra money.
Is this a street jeep?
You can always get a longer DS and shorten it.
Pretty easy to shorten.
I have a front drive shaft for like an 96 XJ auto. $50
What length do you need? I can measure next time I'm in the shop.
But OEM only have 3" slip yoke.RCrocs #123 Brown CJ-5
