the 29 is much better but i used to run 33's on a 27 spline with no issues. don't throw a ton of money into it with lockers and gears but it should be fine for you

now isnt limited slip the same as open? The person off this forum has a 8.25 out of a 95, so it is a 27 spline lsd? It will bolt up right? IU know i', kinda asking repetitive questions but i've never done this before.

lsd is an option, you may or may not have it

haha its a limited slip differential. think of a locker. if you have limited slip in the new one both tires will spin in the dirt. if you don't then only one turns. no it wont effect you one way or the other

should be a simple swap, you don't need special tools, I redid my drum brakes with just a screw driver and they took abour 30 mins to do, just remember it is very important to make sure you put the stake DIRECTLY THROUGH THE HEART of the 35 so that you know it's dead, then pull the shafts and burn it

DRIVESHAFTS ARE NOT THE SAME* 8.25 USES A SHORTER DRIVESHAFT....

unless you have an sye and ull be A.O.K

and there is most likely enough play in the slip yoke so it shouldnt be an issue. but if i remeber correctly, we had to swap driveshafts for ryan pattons because of some odd issue... i could be wrong tho

ChryCo has a longer pinion than a D35, Andy's right.

if you have a small amount of lift you can run the longer driveshaft without any problems.
