Personally, I think throwing a bolt through the shock bushing, and tightening the nut it is easier than having to deal with fishing a bolt through the top of the sheet metal, then hold it with a wrench while you locate the shock and tighten the nut with your other hand. Twice.

Like I said, if it works for you thats all that matters. I didn't mean to cause a huge discussion over something as meaningless as how you mount your shocks.

Once actually, out of 4 bolts, and yes it did work, but I'm still confused on how you would have mounted them. You keep saying 'Just a sleeve and a bolt'. Where is the bolt, what is it mounted to, where on the rear unibody does this bolt go without adding more to the jeep. You keep bringing up the fact that I should have found and easier way or that you would have done it differently, but yet I still see no pictures or diagrams on anything. I did find an easier way to do it, and one that required the littlest effort. You posts are littered with vague and useless words that amount to sentences that provide no real facts.

I said it a couple times, the bolt goes straight through the upper shock bushing instead of the barpins/BPE's/etc. The sleeve would be inside the bushing to prevent the bolt from tearing it up. I didn't think it was that complicated to picture, maybe I'm wording it wrong.

I also said Dillon(Hydra) did something similar to what I was referring to, if you were interested in pursuing my idea I figured you would have searched yourself. If you are going to stick with your BPR's then so be it, I'm not trying to say you're an idiot for doing it that way.

You're right, you would have to make that yourself.

Nope, I technically have the money, but I'm refusing to spend it at this time due to other technicalities.

I'm still pretty stoked to have these new Bilsteins in though, I haven't had a new set of shocks in 4 years.
