I don't know for sure if it will make a difference, but it's something to think about.

dont waste your time with SF joints, especially ones you need to tighten. if youre makin arms, start fresh. preferably with something better than SF joints, like the already mentioned currie joints.- Will

i wouldnt put a rubber bushing on the crossmember...
all the forces from the uppers and lowers are transfered to that point in a radius arm. the bushing would prolly where out in a month. also the joints at the crossmeber end see the most movement. therefore you would want a spherical joint at that point.
take a look at trail gears creeper joints... i used them on my last build and they are beefy, cheep, and havent had any issues...
so run a poly or rubber on the lower axle... joint on crossmember, joint on upper arm.Originally posted by Ktmracer419some people choose video games

CREEPER JOINT
check them out, but if ya go with them be sure to use a few washers or a spacer on them to get the misalignment you need out of them.
i had to scrap a crossmeber becuase i made the tabs 2 5/8" apart and the joint could barely moveOriginally posted by Ktmracer419some people choose video games
