I have wheel chocks because my jeep has no e brake and my jeep rolls about a foot when put in park so its murphys law.

I have a board setup to sleep on, move pass front seat all the way forward, lay board on box and to the front with a support under. Sleep. It folds too so its pretty compact.

Now i just need to figure out where i am mounting the reservoir.

THis weekend i am installing these up front, new IAC valve, New axle end trac bar bushing, and a few other things. Still waiting for this guy to let me know if he is gonna weld in my stiffeners for me or not.

Ajs bumper should be ready by May ish.

Future build list update.
Install new LCA body end rubber bushings
Rear 1/4" armor (custom made locally)
Install Stiffeners
Install WJ steering/brakes
Belly pan
Rear TNT 1.5" boomerang shackles to replace my worn as fuck RE's.
Electric OBA, Reinstall A/C


Start working on the MJ once i finish paying for it.

Woo Hoo, installed New front shocks today, New IAC valve and did an oil change, 5 Qts Mobil 1 and a mobil 1 filter for $29.99 plus a 6th quart at Advance Auto Parts.

At almost full compression i have about 2.5 to 3 inches of space before the shock bottoms out, i think they will be fine so they dont explode them selves.

Its rides amazingly. I have shock boots on both my rear Bilstein 5125s and my Fronts because they came on there from the factory. I figure for now i will leave them cause the factory put them on there for a reason, and they are can up so it wont rot out the can like standard shocks. I may take them all off later this summer, we will see.

i dont like how shock boots look at all really. and my 5150s have been dragging all around in the snow and salt all winter and look minty fresh. if anything, the boot may be trapping in moisture.

I dunno, i will prolly pull the boots off, it just wasnt a priority at the moment. I just left them on.


Yea i know about the whole may thing on the bumper, thats high hopes. i guess he is short handed and way behind. we will see. I gotta throw my stock tow hooks back on for now.

Today, I remove all 4 shock boots, will was right the rear shocks that i put in in nov had all kinds of nasty moisture in them even though they are can up it still stays in there.

I removed the front bumper and put in my custom modified/reinforced stock style tow hook brackets and put stock front bumper back on.

Oh yea, and just to spite all the haters, I POWER WASHED AND WAXED MY JEEP TWICE TODAY.

The pig still runs like shit but i am hoping to fix that this week.


All i have left to do on my done by end of march list is replace axle end trac bar bracket, and replace LCA body end bushings.

I dont think i am gonna get my wj steering or my stiffeners in before the end of the month. oh well.
