Came home from work today, 2 boxes from Jegs (exhaust pipe) and 1 box from BTF (Limit strap) I got some work to do this weekend

This is what I ordered in 2.25, the box is pretty big

Oh and this is why you weren't included in the poll, you actually get shit done
Admittly not the best setup but it fits. Theres not very much weight getting tossed around back there either. I may change it eventually along with 2378930475 other things

At one point does this build go from or did go from jeep to buggy?

Rear driveshaft went in today, Never seized and tightened all of the fasteners and aligned it, then decided it was time to go for a little ride.... And it was AWESOME. It rides really nice, handles really nice, and I seem to have gotten the squat dialed in pretty well... It is pretty neutral, does not lift at all.

I flexed it out on some tires and everything seems to work as I designed it, and It does not rear steer too bad. Here's some pics

I ordered a hot rod builder exhuast from jegs... should be in tomorrow

July, I hope. I might even be driving it by Monday.

I built both shafts today. Another major dialemma for me. I want to have some strong stuff in the jeep, but I also want it done.

The rear shaft is a 1310 Double Cardan at the Case and 1350 at the axle. My transfer case is 10 spline output. You can get a 1350 CV Yoke for about 100 bucks and that will probably make the output the weak link. I want to probably upgrade to a 32 spline, however that is about 400 and I think the yoke is like 50. Right now I am just trying to get it done, so Ill probably just carry an extra shaft for now and start saving for the 32 spline kit if/when I put my 203 range box in.

The front shaft is 1310 double cardan at the case and 1330 at the axle. For this I just worked with what I had. Again 10 spline. I will probably leave this unless I find it breaking a lot

    Pictures soon

I hope it wheels ok, if not it will be FOR SALE haha and I will build another s10 maybe, who knows. I love the 17 inch H2s but I am pretty much sold on the Michelin XL tires. Currently run 11.00R16 (39.1") michelins on 16X6.5 rims. Next tires will probably be 12.00R20 (41") michelins on 20x7" rims

Yes definately, I just didn't have the room anywhere else without getting into it. They still seem to work ok, I can always get more creative later if I have problem. I want to have it done by July
