    Updates

    35 spline time?

    bling

    Stance

Dana 60 truss/upper axle mount/ram mount made from 3"x4" box

    Front 4 link tacked in

Just gotta move the upper axle link mount brackets out a little, the passenger side upper gets really close to the serp belt at a little over 5" uptravel. Other then that its pretty good.

    Pics.

New front 60, seems to take care of the previously mentioned problem

Ruff stuff heims for the uppers in front and to replace the ones on the rear uppers

Floor mod, needed for bellhousing clearance, 18 ga sheet metal butt welded TIG

Cut out old hacked motor mount frame mounts and patched

New motor mounts, provide more clearance for front upper links (and look a hell of a lot cleaner)

Been doing more work then updates. I'll throw some pics up when I figure out what I am doing with my photo album.

Drivetrain is set in the jeep, its a couple inches higher than before which will give some nice belly clearance. I had to cut some of my firewall out and add in some sheet metal for bellhousing clearance. The TIG butt welds 18ga sheet metal pretty damn well. The new front 60 will work very well as a solution to the problems I talked about before. Trimmed some more frame and torched off the old motor mounts in favor of some new ones that will make room for the upper front links. Starting to move forward. Pics soon.

Guess I gotta upgrade to a Pro account.

Picked up a couple HP front 60s from my friend who is going with Rockwells. I stripped one housing tonight, looks like it will be what I need. Next I have to find some SRW hubs or a complete 14 bolt with SRW hubs... And I am going o have to firgure out what to do with my narrowed 60... might be a good upgrade for my wrangler

Nope, the rear is a 14 bolt with Cab and Chassis style hubs its about a 63" WMS, the front is cut 4.5" on the long side making it about 65"WMS. If I go to a 85-92 style Ford front 60 it will move the pinion about 5 inches to the driver side, should be plenty of clearance. In the rear I will go back to SRW hubs, I will just have to get different spacers for the (or brackets) for the calipers
