The directions say to mount them to the body of the vehicle somewhere. Would it be more advisable to mount it to the shock it self?

im not too down with the resivoir shock can mounting

but if you mount them to the body of the shock the hose will be bent more than desired

and the shocks come with clamps made to mount them to a flat surface such as the jeep

im going to try and mount the res's on the jeep somewhere..if not ill just shockbody em..

Will, those are your rear shocks right? Well i was thinking about this, you can mount the shocks, then take the resi and mount it to the floor under the rear seat area, it comes with the hard ware you need, just drill 4 holes in the floor under the seat and bolt them up. I wouldn't run them w/o the resi.

I tried putting mine on today, then decided to go inside

ok so my steering is finally squared away, new tie rod link for the crossover and basically new ends all around, and the durango box is installed in and workin. thanks to nic and phil for a big help on some bday wrenching!
