Played around with Solidworks for a bit this evening and came up with a rough working model of the flatbed. The base frame is 2" square box tubing and the headache rack, bracing and sides are 1.5" round tube. I'm thinking about a recessed toolbox that is flush mounted with the deck with a piano hinge and lock. Any suggestions?
