Attention now goes back to this since it is now starting the infamous stuttering/stalling issue. Before anyone says PCM....it has a new one, new tps, cleaned IAC, new battery terminals and wires, new plugs and wires. Going to check out the PCM connectors tomorrow.

Good suggestion, but within 10 seconds I found the issue. The 3rd plug (Black one on the right of the PCM) was loose. Zipped it tight, cleaned up the grounds, and cleaned up the TB for good measure....and the issue is gone. Hopefully now I can go back to the XJ since now that is throwing codes

Just because, a new battery and alternator was thrown in today. Brand new ZJ. Runs flawless. Wife is happy, and now it's seriously back to the XJ

The wheels came with it, and she wanted them on.....trust me, not my cup of tea. I have the 5 spoke caynon's that came with it that I'm planning on using on the XJ with the 31's.
