Both the silver and blue 24v's have the Fass system, they help separate the air from the fuel and provide better reliability. You get a good pump and tconverter that truck will last you many many years.
Listen when you pick the truck up and you wanna make the swing in to get those tires call my cell 860 575 6510.
Yea, it doesnt need much except reassembly. Your uncle showed me the FASS system on the silver truck. The lift pump problems are more of a 24v problem from what I understand. I missed your post before we left, so I didn't call but thanks for the offer.

I have been busy reassembling the truck, it looks good. might be driveable by the weekend. I'll try to get some pics up soon.

Definately I have been taking my time. I had it outside yesterday and some kid rode a mini-bike near it and I flipped out It is coming together, I got the lights in, front bumper on, one door done, some of the interior, etc. It is a slow process, trying to be careful to no scratch it

Hurculiner in Bed and on bed rails... I taped everything to get the effect, not too shabby

                  • Running the stock Chrome plated steel wheels that can be seen on page one. The grey steelies were one less thing to mask off. Eventually I would like to maybe get some of the 3rd gen factory aluminum 17" wheels, if I can find them.

                          • Thanks guys!

Its back on the road.. I drove it home from the shop tonight, I think its been about 3 months off the road, definately felt good to drive it and bonus no shifting required. Kinda load with the the stacks, I might put a muffler on it before them. Next week it is going back to be wet sanded, detailed and hopefully tinted
