Got a few things done yesterday. LED turn signals installed, battery tie down box installed, CB radio is good to go and had a friend weld on some front lower control arm mini skids. My passenger side was pretty bent so I had to bash it back as good as I could

    Update:

Finally some progress!!! Passenger side is completely on and the driver side is almost there. I have to say the install would have been made ALOT easier if I had someone to give me a hand or some freakin instructions. Fenders I chose are the Genright fenders 4in flare and alum. inner fender. On to the pics...

the original lip from tube to the top of the fender

    Welding the lip

Took a grinder to the welds

Got my first lesson on welding and ran a few beads...not bad for my first time I think

Bondo'd the tiny cracks and imperfections

Caulked the underneath to prevent water and dirt from getting in there and causing it to rust

    Prepped for paint

    inner fenders

    Painted inner fenders

    primed fenders

    edges came out great
